Performance analysis of large-scale MIMO system for wireless backhaul network

In this paper, we present a performance analysis of large-scale multi-input multi-output (MIMO) systems for wireless backhaul networks. We focus on fully connected N nodes in a wireless meshed and multi-hop network topology. We also consider a large number of antennas at both the receiver and transmitter. We investigate the transmission schemes to support fully connected N nodes for half-duplex and full-duplex transmission, analyze the achievable ergodic sum rate among N nodes, and propose a closed-form expression of the achievable ergodic sum rate for each scheme. Furthermore, we present numerical evaluation results and compare the resuts with closed-form expressions.     

上保护层开采底板破坏深度和应力分析研究

上保护层开采导致的底板变形、应力释放会使被保护层内高瓦斯沿着上覆岩层内形成的空隙裂隙结构向上运移，很容易造成所采工作面采空区内瓦斯增加，造成工作面瓦斯超限。以峰峰集团以黄沙矿为研究实例，针对其主采的2号煤层利用FLAC^3D模拟软件进行上保护层开采底板应力研究，揭示了上保护层开采底板应力的规律特性，对于保护层开采工作瓦斯治理具有一定的指导意义。     

响应面曲线法优化贵州某磷块岩浮选工艺研究

对贵州某沉积钙质磷块岩进行了浮选工艺研究。采用H₂SO₄为氟磷灰石抑制剂、BW-1为白云石捕收剂,进行了浮选单因素试验; 在此基础上进行了正交试验,并采用响应面曲线法进行了浮选条件优化。确定了最佳浮选条件为: 磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占60%、H₂SO₄用量13.20 kg/t和BW-1用量400 g/t。采用一段反浮选试验流程,可得到精矿品位30.94%、回收率92.45%的磷精矿。研究结果表明,磨矿细度与H₂SO₄用量的交互作用对精矿品位影响显著,H₂SO₄用量和BW-1用量的交互作用对精矿回收率影响显著。     

Matrilin-3-Primed Adipose-Derived Mesenchymal Stromal Cell Spheroids Prevent Mesenchymal Stromal-Cell-Derived Chondrocyte Hypertrophy

Adipose-derived mesenchymal stromal cells (Ad-MSCs) are a promising tool for articular cartilage repair and regeneration. However, the terminal hypertrophic differentiation of Ad-MSC-derived cartilage is a critical barrier during hyaline cartilage regeneration. In this study, we investigated the role of matrilin-3 in preventing Ad-MSC-derived chondrocyte hypertrophy in vitro and in an osteoarthritis (OA) destabilization of the medial meniscus (DMM) model. Methacrylated hyaluron (MAHA) (1%) was used to encapsulate and make scaffolds containing Ad-MSCs and matrilin-3. Subsequently, the encapsulated cells in the scaffolds were differentiated in chondrogenic medium (TGF-β, 1–14 days) and thyroid hormone hypertrophic medium (T3, 15–28 days). The presence of matrilin-3 with Ad-MSCs in the MAHA scaffold significantly increased the chondrogenic marker and decreased the hypertrophy marker mRNA and protein expression. Furthermore, matrilin-3 significantly modified the expression of TGF-β2, BMP-2, and BMP-4. Next, we prepared the OA model and transplanted Ad-MSCs primed with matrilin-3, either as a single-cell suspension or in spheroid form. Safranin-O staining and the OA score suggested that the regenerated cartilage morphology in the matrilin-3-primed Ad-MSC spheroids was similar to the positive control. Furthermore, matrilin-3-primed Ad-MSC spheroids prevented subchondral bone sclerosis in the mouse model. Here, we show that matrilin-3 plays a major role in modulating Ad-MSCs’ therapeutic effect on cartilage regeneration and hypertrophy suppression.

Up-pulling force analysis for ESC hollow cylindrical casting

Electroslag casting(ESC)is an important method to produce high quality castings.In this study,the ESC up-pulling inner mold method(EUPIM)was used to produce hollow cylindrical castings with the multiple consumable electrodes.The radial deformation,the axial and radial internal stress of the inner mold,and the axial internal stress of the slag shell were analyzed using the finite element method(FEM)with the aid of ANSYS software.The ProCAST software was used to calculate the specific heat,heat conductivity and density curve of Cu.Simulation results show that the radial deformation,the axial and radial internal stress of the inner mold,and the axial internal stress of the slag shell near the slag-metal interface of hollow cylndrical casting gradually increase from 0 s to 360 s after the ESC starting(slagging)process but before applying the up-pulling force.The suitable initial up-pulling moment of the inner mold is at around 180-198 s after the starting process.
